JBAndrews' are currently partnered with a "Top 10" global logistics integrator seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business development within the FMCG vertical across key global markets. This newly established role is pivotal in expanding the company’s footprint in the FMCG contract logistics sector.
This role will be responsible for revenue growth and development of contract logistics activities within the FMCG vertical. He/she plays a key role in defining and implementing the commercial strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and managing customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve contract logistics growth objectives in relation with Region and countries
* Identify and prospect new clients and potential markets.
* Analyze market and competition trends to adjust commercial strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with other departments (solution design, marketing, operations, finance) to ensure an integrated and coherent approach to business development.
* Negotiate business proposals and contracts to potential clients.
Candidate Profile:
* Degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field.
* Significant experience (more than 10 years) in a similar position within the contract logistics sector focusing in the FMCG space.
* Mastery of sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management techniques.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on factual information.
* Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to achieve set objectives.
* Minimum level of education required: BAC+5 / MASTER
