About The Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for
analyzing and structuring business processes
, ensuring alignment with
BPMN methodology
. You'll explore ways to enhance our business architecture with the business architect's collaboration.
Key responsibilities
* Analyze and model business processes.
* Use UML for accurate information modelling supporting market processes.
* Gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements within an Agile framework.
* Collaborate on solution design and validation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Lead testing and quality assurance activities.
* Create structured documentation supporting business processes and solutions.
* Demonstrate leadership in alignment with business architecture.
What we're looking for
* Master's degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of experience
in Business Analysis.
* Expertise in Business Analysis methods (BABOK, UML, BPMN) and software development is essential.
* Agile experience and ArchiMate knowledge are pluses.
* Proficiency in English and either French or Dutch (and good knowledge of the other) is important.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Collaborative mindset - Excellent communication skills - Ability to constructively challenge assumptions
