We are looking for a seasoned security professional to join our team as Security Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to sites on security-related matters. Your role will involve monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with EU and country legislation, and developing and maintaining security standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Provide binding advice to management on security issues
* Support implementation of new projects and upgrades
* Track KPIs for the Belgian Generation perimeter
* Evaluate and ensure action plans align with EU/Country legislation and Group Policies and Standards
* Develop and maintain security standards, procedures, and tools for risk analysis, incident management, and guarding
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in law enforcement, military, private security, HSE or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in security or a related field
* Ability to interpret, create, and update security policies and procedures
* Strong technical background to develop and follow up on security projects and upgrades
* Crisis management and coordination skills
