Your ImpactAs a senior consulting leader, you will:
* Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CIOs, COOs, CTOs, CDOs) on complex digital and business transformation
* Shape and drive a bold go-to-market strategy
* Own Consulting P&L (Revenue & Margin) across strategic accounts
* Lead enterprise-wide transformation roadmaps
* Unlock value through Data & AI, platform modernisation, and hyperscaler ecosystems
* Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams from strategy to execution
* Build executive relationships that translate vision into measurable impact
* You will play a defining role in helping public institutions modernize, innovate, and deliver smarter services to citizens.
What We're Looking For15+ years in management or technology consultingDeep expertise in Digital Strategy & Business TransformationStrong understanding of Data & AI, regulatory environments, and process excellenceProven ability to influence at executive levelCommercially sharp with experience owning revenue growthEntrepreneurial mindset — you build, grow, and leadFluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)Established network within the public sectorBig Four consulting experience?
