You'll work closely with our D2C Sales Manager to drive conversion, optimize the customer journey, and support affiliate marketing and partner management. This is your opportunity to make a direct impact on our online sales performance and shape the future of how consumers interact with our brand.
What you'll do:
* Analyze website performance using GA4 and ContentSquare to uncover insights and identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
* Collaborate with the D2C Sales Manager to align digital strategies with commercial goals.
* Optimize product merchandising to enhance visibility and drive sales.
* Evaluate and improve the path to purchase, ensuring a frictionless customer journey.
* Partner with our CRO team to plan and execute A/B tests and UX enhancements.
* Monitor key KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to boost performance.
* Support affiliate marketing and partner management initiatives.
* Lead and contribute to product launches and promotional campaigns.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and development teams.
* Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and continuously refine strategies.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in consumer goods or e-commerce.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and digital merchandising.
* Solid technical grasp of e-commerce platforms and environments.
* Experience with GA4, ContentSquare, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing.
* Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
* Degree-level education is a plus.
Where you'll be:
You'll be based in either Brussels or Alphen aan den Rijn, with occasional travel across Europe (up to 10% annually). You'll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that's shaping the future of D2C at Electrolux.
