Our IT team is part of the Yonderland group. The Yonderland group runs over shops in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands as well as eCommerce sites for all 8 brands within the group, which makes us the largest premium outdoor retailer in Europe.
Our brands include Cotswold outdoor, Runnersneed, Snow+Rock, Bever, AS Adventure, Juttu and Ayacucho.
As part of a young and dynamic IT department, the IT Systems Operations team designs, builds and maintains the network and server infrastructure to support and grow our brands. We are looking for a senior system engineer with advanced expertise in Office and/or networking.
Within the team, people are given the opportunity to experiment. Our vision on employees is for everyone to be able to fully develop themselves. We encourage people to take initiative outside of their strict job description.

1. Be part of the IT SysOps team, a great team (if you ask us) with a broad expertise.
2. Implement and maintain best practices for both the on-premise and Office infrastructure.
3. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements, upgrades, or expansions to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
4. Assist our Helpdesk colleagues in solving complex (end user) problems.
5. Maintain and expand our mainly virtualized Windows environment.

6. Minimum 4 years experience as a System Engineer.
7. Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
8. Strong knowledge of networking concepts like routing (BGP), VLANs, switching and firewalls.
9. Expertise in Office administration, including Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online.
10. Experience with User Lifecycle Management products.
11. You have a hands-on mentality.
12. You are a team player.
13. You are fluent in English and Dutch; French is an added value.
