Job Description:

This role involves setting up and maintaining a completion and turnover database. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, indexing, and making quality records available to support the systematic acceptance and handover of plants to owners.
\
Key responsibilities include ensuring all project objectives and goals are supported and delivered in a safe and structured manner, in line with the project schedule and procedures. This includes identifying deficiencies regarding Good Documentation Practice and coordinating resolutions.
\
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, including Excel formulae, pivot tables, filtering, and sorting. A solid background experience in implementing databases for the construction sector is also required.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and maintain the completion and turnover database
\
2. Collect, index, and make quality records available
\
3. Ensure all project objectives and goals are supported and delivered
\
4. Identify deficiencies regarding Good Documentation Practice and coordinate resolutions
\
5. Provide system and database analysis and technical support/direction
\
6. Import and export data for discrepancy/non-compliance evaluation
\
7. Monitor Quality Pack Completion and ensure prompt System Hand Over
\
8. Issue weekly status reports
\
9. Use established tracking and distribution systems
\
10. Assist in coordination of planning activities
\
11. Perform all duties necessary for achieving project objectives and schedule
