You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional environment where innovation, ownership, and collaboration are key.Role OverviewAs a Functional Analyst for Mobile App Development, you will play a central role in shaping the direction and delivery of the new mobile platform. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and development squads, ensuring the successful translation of business needs into functional solutions.You will be responsible for the end-to-end functional process—from requirements gathering and analysis through design support, sprint planning, and delivery oversight—all within an Agile/Scrum framework.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and end users. Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to ensure user-centered design and seamless user journeys. Work hand-in-hand with mobile development teams to clarify requirements and support implementation. Manage and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations. Support sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and day-to-day Agile/Scrum activities as a key contributor. Perform functional validations and support testing activities (UAT, exploratory testing). Act as a subject-matter expert for the mobile product throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure documentation is complete, clear, and up to date. Facilitate communication across departments to maintain shared understanding and alignment.Qualifications & Skills5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital or mobile projects. Master's degree or equivalent professional background. Proven end-to-end project experience: from requirements gathering through design, implementation, and delivery. Solid understanding of mobile app development (iOS, Android, APIs, and app architecture is a plus). Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications. Fluent/native Dutch or French and strong English language skills.
