We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Team Manager Property & Facility Services to lead our team in managing, maintaining, and improving our property portfolio.The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in architecture, construction engineering, or related fields to complement the existing skills of the team and support future project needs. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Property & Facilities, while driving projects that align with business objectives, sustainability goals, and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will combine technical know-how with strategic leadership to develop innovative solutions that enhance asset performance, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performance and innovative culture.
2. Manage CapEx & OpEx budgets, optimizing financial planning, cost efficiency, and long-term asset value.
3. Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
4. Implement preventive maintenance and sustainability strategies to enhance efficiency and asset performance.
5. Drive energy efficiency and smart building initiatives to reduce costs and environmental impact.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and building regulations.
7. Optimize contract and vendor management, ensuring cost-effective operations and high service quality.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align facility management with business goals.
9. Evaluate investment opportunities to maximize ROI and asset longevity.
10. Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

11. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
12. At least 5 years of experience in property management, facility services, or construction projects.
13. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams through technical and operational challenges.
14. Strong knowledge of building regulations, sustainability standards, and facility management best practices.
15. Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling), CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) systems or other relevant digital tools is a plus.
16. Experience with project management methodologies, budgeting and contract negotiations.
17. Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills to drive operational improvements.
18. Strong communication, stakeholder management and decision-making abilities.
