Main Responsibilities:
* Portfolio Management: Supervise lease renegotiation and financial metrics, ensuring optimal cash flow, rentability, and occupation rates.
* Tenant Relations: Maintain open lines of communication with tenants and brokers, fostering positive relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Collaboration: Work closely with property coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of buildings, addressing administrative and technical matters.
* Clients Relations: Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring seamless information exchange and overall satisfaction.
* Opportunity Identification: Identify potential investment or disinvestment opportunities and assist in deal procedures.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management, guaranteeing efficient operations.

Requirements:
* Education: Degree in real estate, property management, or finance is required.
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Languages: Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
* Skill Set: Strong analytical and commercial skills, solid knowledge of commercial/corporate lease drafts, and portfolio overviews are desired.
