Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Executive Chef to act as the global culinary lead and a key strategic partner to the F&B Head of Operations, playing a critical role in shaping and elevating culinary and kitchen-related operations across international markets.
Although based at HQ (where there are no active kitchens), this role carries significant influence over how food is conceptualized, delivered, and operational worldwide.
This person will serve as the right hand of the F&B Head of Operations, bridging culinary excellence with operational execution. From driving process standardization to championing innovation and sustainability, the Corporate Executive Chef ensures that food operations support both the brand vision and the global operational strategy.
Your Journey
* Global Culinary Strategy & Alignment: Define and implement a global culinary framework aligned with the company’s F&B and operational vision, in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Global F&B Director.
* Operational Partnership: Act as the strategic culinary partner to the Head of Operations—ensuring that kitchen and stewarding operations across all markets are efficient, consistent, scalable, and brand-aligned.
* Remote Oversight of Regional Execution: Support and influence regional culinary leaders through strategic guidance, clear standards, and regular performance reviews—without direct kitchen management at HQ.
* Menu Innovation & Brand Consistency: Lead the development of globally adaptable culinary concepts that respect local preferences while maintaining the essence of the brand.
* Performance Optimization & Support: Collaborate with operations teams to uplift under-performing areas through diagnostics, targeted action plans, and operational best practices.
* Sustainability Leadership: Drive environmentally responsible kitchen practices in line with global company goals on waste reduction, sourcing, and energy efficiency.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, training, finance, and marketing to ensure that culinary operations support broader operational and commercial objectives.
* Play an active role in cross-regional projects including market entries, new concept roll outs, operational transformations, and system upgrades.
What do you bring to your trip
* Extensive experience as a Corporate Executive Chef or in a similar strategic culinary leadership role.
* Proven track record working closely with operations leadership in multi-regional or international environments.
* Experience implementing culinary systems, standards, and strategies that drive both operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
* Deep understanding of kitchen operations, culinary innovation, and cross-cultural menu development.
* Ability to translate strategy into operations, especially in decentralized or matrixed organizations.
* Expertise in cost control, process optimization, and scalable operational models.
* Strong knowledge of sustainability practices in food production and service.
* Fluency in Spanish & English (required); other languages are an asset.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills—capable of aligning diverse stakeholders across geographies and departments.
* Strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset.
* Collaborative and comfortable in an HQ role with global impact.
* Agile and proactive—able to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions.
* Strong leadership presence, capable of inspiring and guiding regional teams from a distance.
* Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
* Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
* Comfortable working across time zones and in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
