About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team as an Outbound Account Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth through proactive outbound outreach, generating new leads, and creating demand across the European market.

In this role, you will connect with companies, understand their needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations. You will also build lasting relationships with decision-makers, qualify leads, pitch products, and solve problems using your persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

">
* Lead generation: research and identify potential customers through various channels, such as online research, social media, industry events, and utilize prospecting tools and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
* Lead the entire sales cycle: conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to engage with potential customers, qualifying their business needs & processes, provide potential customers with a tailor-made demonstration of our product, and handle the closing of deals.
* Develop relationships and build trust with clients.
* Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build your professional network.
* Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to drive growth and revenue.

What We're Looking For

* A strong understanding of business knowledge and sales skills, including languages: French or Dutch + English.
* A genuine interest in IT & software.
* An analytic vision and fighting spirit.
* Strong communication skills.
* A work permit for Belgium.
