Our client, a leading organization in the infrastructure and engineering sector, is undergoing a digital transformation of its content management landscape. This role focuses on capturing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions for modernized document management platforms.
* Gather and document business requirements by organizing workshops and stakeholder interviews.
* Perform data analysis to support migration, cleansing, and data governance initiatives.
* Model business processes and define functional specifications for technical teams.
* Manage user stories and maintain the product backlog within an Agile framework.
* Support the full implementation lifecycle, including testing and change management.
* Provide cost estimations and impact assessments for proposed digital solutions.
* You have 5+ years of experience in business and functional analysis.
* You bring proven expertise in the implementation of ECM and DMS solutions.
* You possess 2+ years of experience working within an engineering environment.
* You're proficient in process modeling using UML, BPMN, and Visual Paradigm.
* You have experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk Forma.
* You possess a solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or demonstrate an equivalent level of experience.
* You're analytical, proactive, and possess strong stakeholder management skills.
* You are fluent in Dutch and French with a B2 level of English.
Nice to Haves
* Experience with large-scale data migration and cleansing projects.
* Knowledge of digital transformation trends within infrastructure projects.
