We are looking for a passionate manager that can lead our kitchen. You will be responsible for the daily operations of our kitchen and bakery. You combine creativity with structure and ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on quality.
1. Overseeing the daily operations together with the assistant kitchen manager, combining kitchen and bakery operations
2. Bakery skills is a plus.
3. Experience is a must
4. Attention to detail and creativity
5. Organizational skills, supervising, guiding skills and being reliable and punctual together with the team

7. Monitor quality, hygiene, and food safety standards (basic knowledge of HACCP standards)

Profiel
11. Passionate bakery and kitchen manager with a strong focus on artisanal products and high-quality standards
12. Proven experience in managing daily operations in bakery and kitchen environments
13. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and guide a team
14. Detail oriented and creative, with a consistent product quality result and presentation
15. Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness as we are working in an open kitchen in the bar
16. Responsible, reliable, and results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction
