The role covers the translation of business flows into integration models with implementation teams.The architect will provide direction across business and technical stakeholders and ensures coherence across all integration points.ResponsibilitiesDesign and structure integrations across the end-to-end functional ecosystem (issuer processor, acquirers, issuer, card schemes, partners, back office, settlement, reporting).Document functional collaboration models between parties, including: Functional objectives of integrations, Ownership of interfaces.Define and align agreements on: Business data exchanged between systems, message structures and integration protocols, synchronization, orchestration, and handshake mechanismsExplain the architecture and interaction model across teams, including: purpose of interfaces, position within end-to-end flows, upstream and downstream dependenciesProvide content-driven coordination across teams, including: identifying and aligning owners, safeguarding scope and dependencies, tracking progress and integration readinessSupport governance and coordination of implementation, including: follow-ups and coordination meetings, tracking actions and deliverables, capturing issues and risk, ensuring resolution of blockersOwn end-to-end functional flows for accounting, reconciliation, and invoicing, including: defining operating models, aligning flows across parties, ensuring consistency between business xjsrcvq logic, data flows, and financial outcomesProfileExperience as a Business Architect and/or Integration Architect in payments or card-based ecosystemsKnowledge of payment cards, including issuing, processing, settlement, reconciliation, card schemes, and transaction lifecyclesExperience in multi-party integrations across business, operations, and ITAdditional DetailsContract type: FreelanceDuration: 12 months, extension possibleStart date: As soon as possibleLocation: Antwerp (hybrid)
