European Sales Manager
Lessine is an independent, fast‑growing company specializing in the design and manufacture of high‑quality industrial equipment. We work with customers across the mineral, chemical, food, fertilizer and pharmaceutical industries, and we pride ourselves on our technical know‑how and our close, long‑term customer relationships.
To support our growth across Europe, we are looking for an experienced and hands‑on European Sales Manager.
Ø Develop and implement a clear sales strategy to grow our market share across Europe.
Ø Represent Lessine at trade fairs, industry events and customer visits throughout Europe.
Ø Work closely with our internal teams (marketing, technical sales, project engineers) to ensure smooth project follow‑up and excellent customer satisfaction.
Ø Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to continuously refine your sales approach.
Ø Achieve the sales targets and KPIs defined with management.
Ø Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the bulk materials or process equipment industry.
Ø Strong understanding of European industrial markets; Ø Fluency in English; additional European languages (Dutch, French, German…) are an advantage.
Ø Home office flexibility combined with regular customer visits and monthly meetings at our headquarters in Belgium.
Ø Permanent full‑time contract.
