PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Driving a heavy vehicle.
- Transporting goods over a medium or long distance (products,...)
- Performing work related to transport (lashing of loads,
signing documents, checking goods,...)
- Ancillary activities may include loading, unloading and carrying out basic maintenance of the vehicle
Checking the condition of the vehicle and equipment:
- Following up signals from control meters and lights.
- Checking that trailers are fixed
- Applying transport signals to the vehicle
Reporting problems with on-board and transport documents to those responsible.
Driving licence C or CE, attending vocational training courses
