Customer Service Professional
We are looking for a skilled customer service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the direct contact for all customer enquiries in the sales process for the BeNeLux region.
You will work closely with the field sales team to provide customer inspiration, acquire new customers and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries along the sales management processes, providing product consultation, order processing, complaints management and customer data management.
In project sales, you will be responsible for researching projects, calculating quotations and supporting the implementation of construction projects.
You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date data in our IT systems (CRM/SAP) to document customer data.
Requirements
* You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
* You have professional experience in customer service, ideally in a manufacturing company, and have a strong technical understanding.
* You are sociable, empathetic, solution focused and have excellent communication skills.
* Fluent Dutch/Flemish and good French skills are required; English is a must. We support further language training if needed.
* You are experienced in working with MS Office, SAP (or similar) and have experience with a CRM system.
* Your profile is complemented by a high level of service orientation, a hands-on mentality and a structured and independent way of working.
