Legal Counsel
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Legal Counsel to join our legal team, supporting our operations and taking a hands-on role in the day-to-day legal matters of our organization. Reporting directly to the Legal manager, you will be a key member of our team and play an important role in managing a diverse range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance and provide legal advice and support to various stakeholders. You will work in close collaboration with technical teams and at the same time have a direct line with the Legal manager, CEO and O&M manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the day-to-day legal and contractual aspects within our operation and maintenance organization, in close alignment with the Head Legal.
Manage a broad range of general commercial contracts for operation and maintenance, encompassing agreements for technical consultancy or various offshore services, drone inspection services, vessel charter agreements, NDAs, and more.
Provide legal advice and support on corporate housekeeping matters.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ESG and GDPR.
Resolve warranty claims, contract disputes and negotiations in a proactive and efficient manner.
You are the perfect candidate for us if you:
Have a master's degree in law
Have approx. 5 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial law setting.
Have a hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Have sound interest in technical/commercial aspects behind legal or contractual issues/discussions.
Have strong relational skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Have a creative mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in leveraging AI solutions to enhance legal and contracting processes.
Fluent in English and Dutch; proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
