About the Mission
We're seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with strong BPM expertise to join our partners growing BA function. In this mission, you'll analyse, design and enhance 40+ business processes, helping them deliver efficient, scalable and customer-focused solutions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyse, map and redesign end-to-end business processes to support strategic objectives.
* Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, uncover pain points and define future state processes.
* Produce high quality documentation including process maps, user stories and business requirements.
* Testing & Quality Assurance
* Conduct high level information modelling.
* Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology and Change teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
* Identify inefficiencies and recommend data driven improvements.
* Support delivery teams throughout implementation, UAT and post-deployment review.
* Champion BPMN best practices and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within BPM or a process-focused environment.
* Strong process modelling skills (BPMN preferred).
* Experience running workshops and gathering detailed business requirements.
* Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.
* Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with Archimate
* Strong understanding of UML
* Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
