Your role and responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests, and complaints across different channels.
* Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
* Build strong, long-term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
* Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
* Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer connections.
* Guide customers in making the most of our e-commerce platform.
* Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.
How to succeed / Your profile
* You have a strong customer-first mindset; experience in customer service is a plus.
* You are solution-driven, resilient, and enjoy finding the right answer.
* You're well-organised, able to set priorities, and keep overview in a dynamic environment.
* You're a true team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
* You are fluent in Slovak or Czech (both written and spoken).
* A strong knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a must.
