We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist / AI Consultant to lead AI‑driven initiatives that transform complex, fragmented data into actionable insights and production‑ready solutions. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and scaling machine learning and LLM‑powered applications across multiple teams and business functions. Accountabilities
* Design, productionize, and validate machine learning and LLM-based solutions for real‑world business applications.
* Shape AI infrastructure for scalability, maintainability, and efficient deployment.
* Gather, assess, and prioritise requirements from multiple stakeholders and projects.
* Identify fragmented data sources and define optimal structures for analysis and ML integration.
* Provide strategic insights linking technical solutions to business objectives.
* Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure delivery of AI solutions addressing diverse organisational needs.
* Own the full lifecycle of ML/LLM solutions, including deployment, API integration, monitoring, and iterative improvement.
Requirements
* 5+ years in data science, machine learning, or AI consulting roles.
* Proven experience deploying ML/LLM models into production environments (APIs, microservices, cloud endpoints, integration workflows).
* Strong Python skills for data analysis, ML pipelines, and LLM integration.
* Proficiency in SQL for managing and analysing large datasets.
* Experience with LLM frameworks such as OpenAI or Hugging Face.
* Solid understanding of data modelling, exploratory data analysis, and statistical testing.
* Ability to validate and monitor model performance post‑deployment, including data drift and model evaluation.
* Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills in multi‑stakeholder environments.
* Excellent project management and the ability to handle multiple initiatives independently.
* Exceptional communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Nice‑to‑have: experience in HR or people analytics domains, MLOps best practices, data visualisation tools, or product strategy background.
