We are looking for an Agile Product Owner to join the Facility & Purchase to Pay domain and contribute to strategic initiatives supporting facility management, operational efficiency, and IT simplification.
As part of a Scrum Team, the Agile Product Owner represents both stakeholders and end-users, ensuring the product vision is understood and delivered by the squad. You will be responsible for managing the Product Backlog, maximizing product value, and guaranteeing alignment across business, IT, and operational teams.
The scope covers several key Facility & Building Management products:

* Workspace
* Physical Security
* Technical Equipment
* Service Management & CSR
* Property
These products are delivered through a set of services, capabilities, and applications.
Your Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
* Build and maintain the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the Facility Management strategy.
* Communicate a clear and compelling product vision to designers, developers, architects, and stakeholders.
* Ensure the product supports operational needs (multi-tenant, territory model) and aligns with IT expectations (cost reduction, simplification of IT landscape).
Product Backlog Ownership
* Manage, prioritize, and refine the Product Backlog to maximize value creation.
* Clarify business needs and translate them into functional slices in line with Agile best practices.
* Arbitrage priorities and manage delivery decisions across stakeholders.
* Ensure continuous alignment with the Cluster Product Owner and other Product Owners.
Delivery & Implementation
* Lead feature implementation within the squad, ensuring functional understanding and sprint goal alignment.
* Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (refinements, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, test labs).
* Validate delivery against acceptance criteria and support quality assurance.
* Manage interdependencies and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
* Ensure the squad contributes to continuous improvement and Agile culture adoption.
Project Follow-up & Support
* Drive product consistency, coherence, and functional quality over time.
* Adjust priorities, support sprint backlog updates, and provide timely decisions.
* Oversee performance, budget considerations, risks, and overall product governance.
Your Profile
Experience & Knowledge
Mandatory
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Product Owner or business-oriented role.
* Strong knowledge of the business domain (facility, building management, transversal capabilities).
* Proven expertise in Agile methodologies.
* Experience in budget management and delivering value-driven products.
Preferable
* Ability to interact with sensitive banking content while ensuring compliance with security, legal, and GDPR requirements.
* Experience translating business needs into clear, actionable requirement slices.
