Job description

* You hold a commercially responsible role within the company's core commercial team.
* You represent and convey the company's vision and values to customers and strengthens the company's presence in the region.
* You follow market developments and trends in greenhouse construction and climate technology
* You actively sell in at least one region as a direct agent to stay closely connected to the market and daily practice:
* You support/guide/advise customers with their construction and renovation plans.
* Based on your expertise, you initiate ideas and come up with solutions.
* You maintain daily contact with the agents from your regions:
* You monitor agent performance and offer guidance when needed.
* You support agents in achieving their targets and goals.-

You are responsible for the communication to the agents and lead generators

You closely follow market and sales developments.
- During your introductionperiod, you will acquire the necessary technical knowledge through (online) training courses and on-site meetings. Of course, you will also accompany our sales staff to customers to experience how we work in our industry.
- You are on site a lot with customers and stakeholders. You participate in various trade fairs for both markets and have regular contact with our head office in Izegem (BE).
- You use the CRM computer system and make sure it is up-to-date.
- You report to the Commercial Director.


Your qualifications


To make this job a success, we think you should have the following qualities:

* Affinity with technology, the retail-world, plant & nature.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and German
* Solution-oriented & entrepreneurial. You have good organizational skills.
* Service- and customer-oriented.
* Ability to work independently but also in team.
