Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximize the value of CRM within our organization.
2. Assist business teams in understanding the ecosystem or elaborate their requirements.
3. Assess value & prioritize them into stories, epics and then focus on those with the highest value that are aligned with our product and project strategy.
4. Drive deployment, development of CRM related systems, tools and processes.
5. Guarantee user adoption via training, communication and documentation.
6. Generate insights for our business users through dashboards and reports.
7. Collaborate with the business in testing and validation of new features.
Competencies and skills:
8. Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree or have relevant work experience in sales related area.
9. Fluent English language skills are essential. Good French language skills are desirable.
10. Always looking for new ideas to create innovative and better ways to make our organization successful.
