What we are looking for: We are looking for an Associate Director who will work with and complement our Healthcare practice, based in Brussels, Belgium. Your role will include: Leading and managing a variety of exciting policy projects and your own client portfolio, providing your strategic advice during client meetings Supporting the development of market shaping/ market access capabilities in the team and with clients Preparing evidence‑based strategies, narratives and materials Identifying research needs and translating complex insights into actionable recommendations Coaching junior members of the team to help them grow in their career and help them manage their workload Joining the leadership team of the health practice, providing overall support to the Partners and contributing to the growth of the practice Your experience and knowledge: You have more than 7-10 years of relevant work experience for the role. Ideally, you would have a combined experience of working in a consultancy, pharmaceutical/biotech/medtech company, EU or national institution, HTA body, or relevant stakeholder organisation. If you do not have a track record in the above, you will not be considered for the role. You have strong understanding of how policy, HTA, pricing, reimbursement, and clinical evidence interact to shape product success. You have excellent understanding of the EU institutions and legislative processes, and their impact on national health systems. You have a perfect command of English; your additional languages are an asset.
