Knowledge Lawyer - Global Financial Markets This position is based in Luxembourg Job Description
Conduct research on complex legal topics and provide tailored legal support to the team.
Stay updated on legal developments and disseminate knowledge to the team.
Contribute to junior lawyer education and organise internal meetings and conferences for knowledge sharing.
Gather know-how of the department and contribute to the knowledge collection of the team and organise internal meetings and conferences for knowledge sharing.
Holds an excellent academic background in law with experience in drafting and publishing articles, as well as organising conferences, presentations, and training sessions.
Demonstrates a strong set of project management skills and an interest in civil/contract law, ideally with experience in private international law, security/collateral, and insolvency law matters.
Possesses good analytical and research skills, along with project management, organisational, and planning abilities, enabling effective prioritisation of multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
Capable of working as part of a team and collaborating with lawyers of all levels of seniority.
Fluent in English and French, with German and/or Luxembourgish considered an asset
Experience with knowledge management tools and software is considered a plus.
