For one of our clients, we are looking for support to the HR communication team's core activities in the areas of internal communication and events.
Responsibilities
• Support the team's core communication activities including writing and publishing internal news stories around a range of HR topic s.
• Assist in the preparation of communication materials, including presentations, visuals, and engaging video content.
• Contribute to the organisation of internal events by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and supporting on-site delivery.
• Provide administrative and contractual support linked to communication projects .
• Provide general team support .
Qualifications and professional skills
• Certified secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools, in particular PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to details and editing skills.
• Experience with design programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) or video creation programmes would be considered an advantage.
