Senior Sales Professional for Agricultural Sector
We are seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to manage our distributors in Belgium. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial approach, excellent sales expertise, and the ability to translate customer needs into premium products.
The role involves building long-term relationships with distributors, providing product training and technical support, and actively engaging with distributor sales teams.
You will be accountable for achieving turnover and margin targets, implementing your sales forecast and budget, and participating in trade fairs and sector-related events.

* Bachelor or Master's degree in Bioengineering, Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields.
* Proven experience in account management within the agricultural sector; experience working with distribution networks is a plus.
* Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and French, enabling you to cover the entire Belgian market.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic partnerships with distributors in Belgium.
* Provide top-notch service to distributors through product training and technical support.
* Act as a true sales enabler, actively engaging with distributor sales teams.
* Coordinate product trials with distributors and share results to demonstrate added value.
* Accountable for achieving turnover and margin targets.
* Implement sales forecast and budget in close collaboration with Commercial Director.
