BIM Project Manager
As a BIM Project Manager, you will oversee the entire BIM project lifecycle, from inception to completion. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the project goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement BIM processes and tools to enhance project delivery
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, goals, and timelines
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation
* Define workflows and key procedures for information management
* Identify and allocate necessary resources for successful project execution
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and subcontractors
* Oversee project documentation, including BIM Execution Plans and technical requirements
* Organize and chair regular project coordination meetings
* Provide proactive feedback and leadership to team members to achieve project success
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Master's degree in Construction or Architecture
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator, preferably on large-scale projects
* Proficiency in using main modeling software tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, ArchiCAD)
* Experience with BIM coordination software (Revitzo, Navisworks Manage, Solibri Model Checker)
* Familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, especially Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Docs & Build
* Knowledge of open BIM standards (IFC, IDM, IFD, COBie, BCF)
* Programming skills in Grasshopper or Dynamo (advantageous)
* Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Fluency in English, with knowledge of Dutch and French (desirable)
