Who we’re looking for ? Do you have a passion for sustainability and want to shape the future of CFE? Join our team as a sustainability analyst and play an active role in shaping CFE's sustainability strategy. We are looking for an analytical person to standardize, monitor, and report on our sustainability initiatives to management. As a sustainability analyst, you will also contribute to measuring and challenging the ESG performance of CFE and its projects. Active knowledge of sustainability, data management, and annual reporting with a willingness to learn. Additional knowledge in EU Taxonomy and LCA tools (Oneclick, TOTEM, etc.) is a plus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to structure the sustainability strategy and explore innovation and best practices in this area. You will also contribute to the knowledge center for these topics, serving all our employees. Your Responsibilities : Consolidate ESG data in collaboration with the finance department and local entities for periodic reporting. Standardize concepts and structure data to facilitate practical implementation within projects. Analyze and challenge our ESG Impact on ongoing construction projects to propose sustainable alternatives. Identify and document best practices to promote them with teams through the internal Sustainability Knowledge Center. Conduct research and collect market insights on sustainability trends to identify innovative solutions. Your Skills & Experience You are passionate about sustainability and curious about innovative alternative solutions; an experience in the construction sector is a plus. You have experience in ESG data, or a willingness to develop this competence in the short term. You are meticulous, detail-oriented and precise. You have analytical skills and constructive communication. You are responsible and reliable. Proficiency in Dutch and French is a must; English is a plus. What’s in it for you?
