We will only consider and retain the first three applications submitted. /b /p h3You Will /h3 ul liGain hands‑on experience in ITIL processes, reporting and analytics. /li liLearn how to document, maintain and optimise departmental procedures, training material and knowledge articles. /li liAcquire practical skills in requirement gathering, backlog management and user support. /li liContribute to process improvement initiatives and propose enhancements to increase efficiency. /li liDevelop competencies in testing dashboards and ITSM updates, including test case creation. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liYour main responsibilities will include: /li liAssist in the collection and documentation of requirements for reporting and ITIL processes. /li liLearn and work with the ITSM tool, identifying potential enhancements to improve process efficiency. /li liSupport the creation, updating and maintenance of documentation, training materials and knowledge articles. /li liAddress basic user queries related to OIP Dashboards and ensure related documentation is up to date. /li liHelp review and maintain the backlog of activities, ensuring items are properly documented, prioritised and tracked. /li liCollaborate with process managers to gather inputs, document challenges and proposed enhancements and support follow‑up activities. /li liAssist in testing activities related to dashboards and ITSM tool enhancements, including the preparation of test cases and execution of test plans. /li /ul h3Academic Qualifications and Professional Skills /h3 ul liFinal year of studies or University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. /li liInterest in IT service management, reporting and process optimisation. /li liGood organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. /li liProactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in an international, cross‑functional team. /li liExcellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with reporting tools or ITSM platforms is an advantage. /li liExcellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
