Overview We are looking for an experienced RTR General Accounting Manager to lead a high-performing accounting team within a global finance environment. This is a key leadership role focused on driving process improvements, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple regions.
As part of the RTR (Record to Report) function, you will take ownership of general accounting operations, working closely with Global Business Services (GBS), BPO partners, and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in process optimisation, transformation initiatives, and team development .
Provide direction across general accounting processes and projectsEnsure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reportingEnsure adherence to corporate policies and mitigate financial risksProject & Change ManagementTeam LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionalsSupport onboarding, performance management, and succession planningUse data insights to improve performance and align with business goalsEnsure compliance with local and international reporting requirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred)Proven experience in general accounting and team leadershipExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a strong advantageFluent in English and Dutch
