The Senior Business Consultant is an experienced and analytical professional with a background in portfolio management and a strong affinity for IT. This role is primarily focused on the implementation of the AMINDIS software and addressing client needs through in-depth analysis, tailored solutions, and project management. Additionally, the Senior Consultant will support the creation of client proposals, ensure successful project execution, and assist in coaching junior team members when necessary.


Main responsibilities

* Implement the AMINDIS software solution for new and existing clients, ensuring the solution meets client requirements and is delivered on time and within budget.
* Analyze client needs and translate them into concrete, actionable solutions within the software.
* Draft detailed proposals and reports tailored to client requirements.
* Manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, coordination, and risk assessment.
* Collaborate closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met and provide ongoing support during implementation.
* Provide clear and comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
* Support junior consultants when required by offering guidance and sharing expertise.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

* Master's degree in finance, management science, or any other equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio management, asset management, or a related field.
* Affinity with IT and market finance.
* Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of English.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
* Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* A keen attention to detail, particularly in the context of client requirements and software implementation.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Adaptability and flexibility to address evolving client needs and project challenges.

Willingness to travel as required.
