What you can expect As an intern, you will be an integral member of our Brussels-based team and have the opportunity to collaborate on: Due diligence of new investment opportunities Modeling, valuation and structuring of investments Portfolio company monitoring, value creation and bolt-on M&A Lead identification and related market and industry research Who we are looking for Curious, passionate about business and finance, eager to make a difference and create impact Outstanding academic track record; university education in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any other economic / management studies Prior experience in Investment banking, Private Equity, Consulting is recommended Excellent analytical skills, combining a strategic mindset with attention to detail Strong foundation in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) A self-starter with a hands-on mentality Able to work independently and under time pressure Solid team player with good communication skills Fluent in Dutch and English, French beneficial What do we offer: A 3 to 6 months internship experience in our Brussels office Opportunity to work in a challenging and nice environment with dynamic and down-to-earth colleagues A market conform remuneration Option to convert to a full-time position in case of a strong mutual match Process: Applications are reviewed on a continuous basis.
