Qualifications
Must Have :
* Master’s degree in computer science or any other IT‑related field.
* .NET Core expertise, with the ability to design and implement scalable, high‑performance backend services.
* Strong Angular experience, building responsive, maintainable, and user‑friendly front‑end applications.
* Solid SQL Server knowledge, including schema design, optimization, and efficient query writing.
* Mastery of common software design patterns, applying them to create clean, modular, and long-lasting architectures.
* Proficiency with Git, leveraging modern branching strategies and code‑centric collaboration workflows.
Good to Have :
* Knowledge of modern development methodologies (TDD, BDD/ATDD) to ensure high quality and predictable delivery.
* Experience with agentic AI-supported development, using AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging.
* Familiarity with Azure Cloud services, enabling scalable deployments and cloud‑native design.
* Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, especially for analytics or multi‑database environments.
* Understanding of Splunk, including logs, dashboards, and operational monitoring.
Nice to Have :
* Azure DevOps familiarity, including pipelines, boards, and release automation.
* Basic Python skills, useful for automation, data tasks, or AI integration.
