As a Credit Controller your responsibilities are:
Keep a close eye on outstanding invoices and follow up with customers by phone and email.
Ensure incoming payments are correctly allocated.
Discuss payment terms and set up repayment plans with clients.
Take full ownership of your own customer portfolio.
Send friendly yet firm payment reminders using SAP.
Collaborate smoothly with different internal departments.
Monitor cash flow and contribute to reporting.
Profile
A Successful Credit Controller Should Have
You've recently graduated in Administration, Finance, or a related field, or you already have some experience in credit control.
You have strong Dutch and English skills; French is a nice bonus.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
Confident with MS Office, Teams, and Excel.
You take initiative and enjoy solving problems.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who thrives in a team.
