Main Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of the Projects Department, you act as the interface between business teams and technical teams. Your role is twofold: to manage projects end-to-end and to ensure the relevance of the solutions delivered. Project initiators are internal departments of the brokerage firm or key professional clients for whom specific developments are required.
Program Manager Responsibilities: Project portfolio organization : ensuring consistency between the projects to be delivered, compliance with the department’s overall planning, and optimal allocation of team resources. Project management : scoping, planning, meeting deadlines, testing, and validating deliverables. Coordination : participating in project follow-up meetings with internal and/or external stakeholders. Centralizing communication with external professional clients.
IT Analyst Responsibilities: Requirements gathering : liaising with internal and/or external end users to clarify requests, translate business needs, and assess feasibility. Specifications : drafting functional analyses and preliminary technical analyses in collaboration with technical teams. Validation : defining test plans and validating the adequacy of the solution.
Profile Required Education : Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, or equivalent through experience. Experience : 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (Software Development) Soft Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset, autonomy, and leadership. Team spirit. Pragmatic, rigorous, methodical, demanding, and persistent. Ability to produce clear and structured documentation. Languages : Dutch with an excellent knowledge of French. Professional proficiency in English preferred.
