Who we areFuturwork is a European tech ecosystem built on three pillars: Consulting (cybersecurity, cloud & IT infrastructure, IT strategy), an Academy that trains tomorrow's talent, and a Startup Studio that turns ideas into companies. Headquartered on Avenue Louise in Brussels with a presence in Paris and 30+ consultants in the field, we're building a brand that breaks the codes of traditional consulting: bold, human, pixel-flavoured, and proudly European. Why this role existsWe have stories worth telling — cyber missions, consultants with character, startups being born in our studio, an academy training the next generation — but not enough hands to tell them. Your mission: turn Futurwork's brand identity into a content machine that attracts clients, consultants and partners. You won't be making coffee or resizing logos all day. You'll own real channels with real impact, working directly with the CEO.What you'll doOwn our LinkedIn presence: build and run the editorial calendar for the Futurwork company page — posts, carousels, employee spotlights, mission stories — and help the founding team sharpen their personal branding.Create content that doesn't look corporate: visuals in our pixel-art identity, short videos, event recaps, behind-the-scenes of an ESN that does things differently.Drive the content strategy: thought leadership on hot topics (NIS2, cybersecurity, cloud, the future of work), employer branding to support recruitment, and case-study storytelling for clients.Experiment with AI tools: we use AI agents daily (content generation, competitive intelligence, design). You'll learn to orchestrate them — a skill most marketers won't have for years.Support the ecosystem: landing pages and campaigns for the Academy, FuturLink and Startup Studio launches, plus presence at Brussels tech events and meetups.Measure and iterate: track engagement, follower growth and inbound leads; double down on what works, kill what doesn't.What we look forA student or recent graduate in marketing, communication, journalism or business — internship agreement (convention de stage) with your school, or open to a CIP arrangement.A creator at heart: you write well, you have an eye for design (Canva, Figma or Adobe), and you've probably already grown something — a page, a podcast, a community, a side project.Entrepreneurial reflexes: you don't wait for a brief; you pitch ideas, test them, and own the result.Curiosity for tech: you don't need to be a cyber expert, but topics like AI, cybersecurity and startups genuinely interest you.Languages: excellent French and good English; Dutch is a plus. Our content is bilingual FR/EN.What we offerReal ownership: you run channels end-to-end and present results directly to the CEO — your portfolio after this internship will speak for itself.A front-row seat in a fast-growing ecosystem: consulting, academy, startup studio and an AI-first way of working.Mentoring and training through the Futurwork Academy, plus access to our design system and AI tooling.A real shot at a permanent role: if you prove the impact, the first Marketing & Communication position at Futurwork is yours to take.
