o Day to day management of customer requirements for specific key customers
o Daily sales order management & billing process (EDI order, stock control, outbound, delivery, claims, returns)
o Analyses service drivers and leads improvement initiatives to deliver best in class service performance.
o Collaborates with key stakeholders and those who influence service performance, including Commercial teams, freight and warehousing service providers.
o Short stock management, including allocation of critical items to customers.
o Updates KPI Scorecards for major customers.
o Investigates and validates credit claims and looks at ways to reduce order errors
o Inventory control
o Daily contacts with our outsourced supply chain partner

Les compétences requises

o French speaker with good knowledge of Dutch and English (B1/B2)
o Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Votre salaire et vos avantages extralégaux
* A salary based on your years of experience in (CP 200) between €2,500 and €3,500 gross.
* €8 in meal vouchers per day.
* €250 in eco vouchers
