Your responsibilities
* Perform financial audit assignments in accordance with professional standards and internal methodologies
* Analyse financial statements and identify risks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
* Collaborate closely with team members and communicate effectively with managers and partners
Depending on your level of experience:
* Review audit work and ensure the quality and completeness of files (Senior+)
* Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members (Supervisor+)
* Manage client portfolios, timelines, and engagement profitability (Manager+)
* Lead audit engagements and coordinate teams on-site and remotely (Supervisor/Manager+)
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure high-quality service delivery (Manager+)
* Contribute to business development and client relationship expansion (Manager/Director)
* Drive continuous improvement of audit processes, methodologies, and tools (Manager/Director)
* Participate in strategic decisions and organisational development (Director)
Your profile
* Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
* Specialisation in Accountancy and Audit is an asset
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with various stakeholders
* Leadership and coaching abilities (from Supervisor level onwards)
* Interest in audit methodologies and IT tools
* Flexible and willing to work on client sites
* Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English
Junior: 0–2 years
Senior: 2–5 years
Supervisor: 4–6 years
Manager: 6–10 years
Director: 10+ years
