The candidate will act as a true project owner, driving execution, governance, and decision-making across cross-functional teams.The position requires a strong balance between business understanding and IT delivery, with the ability to translate conceptual SAP processes into structured, actionable project plans.The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, autonomy, and accountability, and is comfortable operating in complex stakeholder environments while maintaining a strong delivery focus.Your mission:Lead SAP projects end-to-end, from initiation to deliveryEnsure delivery according to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standardsDefine and maintain project governance, planning, milestones, and delivery roadmapAct as project owner, driving execution, decision-making, and accountabilityManage project financials including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecastingEnsure alignment between business and IT stakeholdersOversee risk, issue, and dependency managementProvide clear, structured, and decision-oriented reporting to management and sponsorsEnsure effective communication across executive, business, and technical audiencesFoster collaboration, engagement, and accountability within project teamsActivities:Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestonesMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to delivery commitmentsIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues proactivelyManage dependencies across multiple streams and stakeholdersTrack project costs and ensure financial transparencyPrepare and deliver regular status reports and executive summariesFacilitate workshops and steering committeesCoordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, and external partnersTranslate business requirements into structured delivery actionsChallenge and align functional and technical discussionsEnsure proper governance and decision-making processes are in placeSupport prioritization and arbitration in complex environmentsDrive continuous alignment between all stakeholdersYou have the following skills:Functional & SAP KnowledgeStrong understanding of SAP landscapes and processesKnowledge of key SAP domains:Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)Business Intelligence / BWHuman Capital Management (HCM)Procure-to-Pay (P2P)Order-to-Cash (O2C)Intercompany processesInterfaces and system integrationsDevelopments (custom code, enhancements)Security and authorizationsAbility to understand SAP processes conceptually and translate them into delivery plansNot required to have deep technical expertise, but able to challenge and steer discussionsProject Management & Delivery8–10+ years of experience in IT and SAP project managementProven track record delivering complex SAP projectsStrong governance, planning, and execution capabilitiesSolid experience in international environmentsStrong risk management and problem-solving skillsBudget management and financial tracking capabilitiesLeadership & Soft SkillsStrong leadership with ability to federate cross-functional teamsHigh level of autonomy and accountabilityStrong decision-making and prioritization skillsDelivery-oriented mindset with strong ownershipAbility to perform under pressure in complex environmentsExcellent communication, structuring, and synthesis skillsStrong stakeholder management (business & IT)Ability to adapt communication to executive, business, and technical audiencesLanguagesFluent English (mandatory)Additional languages are considered an assetFourchette de salaire : Salary Conform Your Experience & Skills About You :You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in ITIf you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it's bestYou're eager to learn, motivated and curiousLet's have a chat !About the Process :1st pre-screening on the phone to discuss about your search and conditions and our first potential opportunities matching.Job descriptions sent and Teams meeting fixed with us (HR and Sales) to dig into your experience and the role.Package proposal so we all agree beforehand.Your CV is sent to the different clients you've agreed to, to find the best mission for you!Advantages :Hospitalization insurance (partner/children incl.)Group insuranceDental insurance (partner/children included)20 days statutory paid vacations (legal vacations cumulated for 1 year of work)11 days recovery time work 38/40 per year (= annual average: 1 day per 20 days worked) if the client asks you to work 8h/dayRepresentation fee net per month.Internet fee of € 40 per month.Company car with national fuel card OR Public transport reimbursed OR mobility package.Daily fee of 5.50€ net /day provided.Subscription GSM unlimited calls for Belgium (ITS subscription)Training plan (e-learning -
