We are looking for an experienced Business Developer (FR/EN) for one of our clients, a leading consultancy firm with a strong focus on financial services. You will join the Core Business Services team, which supports the various pillars within the company. In this role, you will work closely with partners and senior management and play a key role in building commercial relationships across multiple sectors.
You will be part of a team of around ten business developers and benefit from the advantages of an international group combined with a local, personal approach. Flexibility and work-life balance are central, and English is the main working language within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in Wallonia.
* Build strong relationships with clients and partners, especially at C-level.
* Contribute to the sale of services across various divisions.
* Manage your own schedule and work independently on your files, from prospecting to contract signing.
* Participate in numerous events and networking opportunities, and know how to strategically position the company against competitors.
* Collaborate closely with the Business Development team (10 people) and report directly to the CEO.
* Support partners in their commercial efforts and navigate complex sales processes.
Your Profile
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, preferably within audit, consultancy, or a large organization.
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
* Holder of a master’s or bachelor’s degree.
* Hands-on, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
* A true hunter who can deliver results independently.
* Comfortable in environments with strong personalities and able to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
* Possess a strong network and know how to leverage it strategically.
* Available to start quickly.
