Head of candidates & assets supply

PpWe are looking for a bHead of Candidates Assets Supply /b who is strategic, collaborative, and results-driven to join our Clinical Supply Chain team, based at our UCB campus located inb Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium. /b /p h3About the role: /h3 pYou will lead and shape the end-to-end clinical supply strategy across development programs. You will ensure efficient, timely, and compliant supply chain operations supporting clinical trials and lifecycle transitions. You will play a key role in anticipating pipeline needs, optimizing supply flows, and enabling seamless handovers to commercial operations, while balancing risks, costs, and patient needs. /p h3Who you will work with: /h3 pYou will collaborate with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders, including Clinical Supply teams, Global Clinical Science Operations, Medical Affairs, Technical Operations, Quality, and Regulatory. You will lead a team of supply experts, guiding them to deliver excellence while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liYou will define and implement global clinical supply strategies across development programs. /li liYou will lead and develop a high-performing Candidates Assets Supply team. /li liYou will manage end-to-end supply chain setup, including inventory, budget, and planning. /li liYou will collaborate with stakeholders to integrate supply strategy into key development decisions. /li liYou will drive continuous improvement and optimize processes, systems, and supply flows. /li liYou will monitor performance using KPIs and provide expert guidance on supply risks and solutions. /li /ul h3Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills: /h3 ul liYou hold a Master's degree in sciences or a related field. /li liYou bring 10+ years' experience in a GMP-regulated biopharma environment. /li liYou have at least 5 years of experience in clinical supply chain operations. /li liYou demonstrate strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. /li liYou have deep knowledge of clinical trials and supply chain regulatory requirements. /li liYou are experienced in managing budgets, risks, and complex global supply strategies. /li /ul pAre you ready to 'go beyond' to create value and make your mark for patients?
