In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of R&D contract requests and confidentiality agreements for North America. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the R&D team and all parties involved in the contract review, ensuring smooth intake, tracking, and execution of agreements.Key Responsibilities •Manage the end-to-end process for R&D Contract Requests and Confidentiality Agreements. •Write requisitions and manage follow-ups to ensure timely processing. •Act as the subject matter expert for the Contracts team. •Coordinate intake and workflow for R&D-related agreements. •Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. •Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize contract management practices.What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Fluent in English.Desired Qualifications Experience in the consumer products industry or a related field.
