You will also be surrounded by experienced lawyers who will support your development and help you perform at your best. /ppThe firm is experiencing steady growth within the firm while still being very mindful about maintaining strong human values and respect internally, which is why their teams of lawyers are quite stable. /ppThey are therefore currently looking for a bFund Lawyer with exposure to AIF as well as UCITS funds /b to strengthen their team. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou will be involved in advising clients on a wide range of investment fund structures, with regular exposure to UCITS vehicles, allowing you to progressively develop strong technical expertise in this specific area of the Luxembourg market. /li liYou will draft and review legal documentation related to the creation, structuring and ongoing lifecycle of funds, including agreements, while ensuring compliance with Luxembourg legal requirements. /li liWorking closely with colleagues from other departments and international offices, you will contribute to transactions and day-to-day legal support, gradually becoming a reliable contact for clients and internal teams. /li /ul h3Profile and Career Path /h3 ul liYou ideally have bbetween 1 and 5 years /b of experience in the investment funds department within a blaw firm in Luxembourg /b, with prior experience to UCITS required. /li liYou are fluent in English and French, allowing you to operate in an international environment and interact with a diversified client base.
