What To Expect
As an Operations Coordinator (Used Cars), you are a high-performing, detail-oriented member of the Used Car team and will play an integral role in expanding and growing our Used Cars business in Belgium. You will ensure the seamless organization, coordination and execution of all day-to-day used car-related operations: i.e. intake, refurbishment, finished logistics and other relevant sales & delivery needs, as required.
You are hands-on, entrepreneurial, and a natural problem solver with a data driven approach. You can operate independently, and in close cooperation with the Used, Retail Sales & Delivery Leadership in the Benelux Region.
What You'll Do- You will own the used inventory overview of your market from the point of used vehicles entering inventory, through to successfully transporting and listing vehicles for retail
- You will collaborate with local sales, service, and delivery teams to optimize cross-functional processes (i.e vehicle refurbishment & delivery)
- You will investigate issues and processes, identify constraints and root causes and work with various departments to identify improvements and drive solutions
- You will develop and optimize processes on all specialized used operational areas
- You will track & deliver towards key operations KPIs
- You will manage escalations quickly and efficiently, developing processes and guardrails for success
- You will assist in the creation of business cases for initiatives that drive the Used Cars business forward
- You will support and/or lead Inventory related special projects
What You'll Bring- You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in complex operational environments
- Experience working with vehicles / inventory is preferred
- You have the ability to identify and solve problems using data and you are highly proficient in Excel
- You have exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
- You have a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships
- You are a self-starter who is goal-oriented, creative & highly motivated
- Valid driver's license in the country in which you are applying
- You are fluent in English (proficiency in Dutch and/or French a plus)
