As our new Global Facility & Engineering Manager, you’ll join our Internal Services organization.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
1. Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering with in-depth knowledge of building technologies, HVAC, electrical installations (including solar panels, charging stations, etc.).
2. 10+ years of experience in facility management and/or engineering leadership, ideally within an international context.
3. Proven ability to lead complex projects independently, including permitting, construction, and delivery phases, while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
4. Strong management skills with experience managing budgets, contracts, and maintenance programs.
5. Strategic thinker with a proactive and independent work ethic; able to identify knowledge gaps and bring in external expertise as needed.
6. Experience or strong interest in technical developments within fleet management is a plus.
7. Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage.
8. Willingness to work at least 3 days per week at our headquarters in Wommelgem and travel occasionally to our different office locations.
