As a Senior Analog Front End Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of high-quality ICs and tackle challenging Analog Front End (AFE) designs for sensor interfaces. This position offers an opportunity to lead a small team of experts, take charge of technical projects, and present findings to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Study, design, and test high-performance analog, mixed-signal, and high-voltage integrated circuits with a focus on AFE circuits for sensor applications.
* Lead technical teams in tackling complex projects, fostering collaboration among experts, and driving innovation in AFE circuit design.
* Present project findings and updates to customers, ensuring seamless communication and building strong relationships.
* Coach junior engineers in designing, studying, and testing integrated circuits, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in designing challenging front-ends for sensor interfaces, with expertise in instrumentation amplifiers, ADC topologies, and offset reduction techniques.
* The ability to evaluate various architectures to achieve optimal area/power/performance trade-offs for specific applications.
* Familiarity with Digital Signal Processing concepts to ensure seamless integration across the analog/digital boundary, working closely with digital design engineers.
* Skills to develop behavioral models of Analog Front Ends and derive specifications from them.
* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as well as experience with analog design flows, mathematical tools, and simulation software.
