The role focuses on delivering customer and digital channel insights by transforming data into actionable information. By tracking customer behaviour across digital platforms and translating data into clear dashboards and analyses, the Data Analyst supports business stakeholders in becoming more data-driven. The mission is primarily centred on the setup, distribution, and sharing of insights, including robust data flows and user-friendly visualisation solutions. Key responsibilitiesSetting up and maintaining data flows and ETL processes (Alteryx)Designing and delivering data visualisation solutions (Tableau and/or Power BI)Performing data analysis to generate high-value insightsWorking closely with stakeholders to collect and clarify business requirementsSupporting testing activities, including bug fixingEnsuring data quality, consistency, and traceabilityProducing and maintaining documentationSharing expertise and taking a proactive, driving role in activitiesThe consultant is expected to work autonomously while collaborating closely in an Agile environment with data engineers and business stakeholders to deliver industrialised and governed data solutions Required skills & experienceData extraction, transformation, and structuring using Alteryx / ETL techniquesStrong hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BIExperience with Adobe AnalyticsHands-on data processing and optimal sequencingDashboard development and visualisationTesting support and bug fixingQuality review and documentationStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills with business and technical stakeholdersExperience in banking, financial services, or other regulated environmentsPractical experience working in Agile teamsMinimum 6 years of relevant experienceExpert T-shaped profile combining analytical depth and collaborationStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to act as a reference point for data analytics topicsPragmatic and positive Agile mindsetLanguage requirementsEnglish: Fluent (mandatory)Dutch or French: Fluent (at least one required)
